DELIVERY & RETURN
DELIVERY
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form.
The shipment will be made as quickly as possible depending on the workload. However, the time limit will not exceed 5 working days.
In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the customer undertakes to notify the carrier and the company polyloox-juliane sievert, by any means, with any reservations, within 3 days of receipt of the product.
Incorrect delivery addresses are the responsibility of the customer and may give rise to additional costs (for example the cost of returning the goods). In the event of errors in the recipient's address, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the products ordered.
RETURN
The customer may request reimbursement of his order within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of his order. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, neither worn nor washed. To make a return, the customer sends an email with his request to boutique.xix@gmail.com
With regard to international customers, they may request the reimbursement of his order within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of his order. The return is at the customer's expense.
The repayment period of polyloox-juliane sievert towards the customer in the event of withdrawal of this one is 14 (fourteen) days, once the products for which the customer has withdrawn, is recovered. In all cases, the return costs are borne by the Seller if the product delivered is different from the ordered or damaged product. In the absence of compliance by the customer with these conditions, in particular the return or exchange conditions, the Seller will not be able to reimburse the products concerned.
