Polyloox-Juliane Sievert reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time. However, the General Conditions of Sale applicable to the order placed by a Customer on the online “Boutique XIX” are those accepted by the Customer at the time of the confirmation of his order.

Object

The purpose of these General Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of the creations and services offered by the company polyloox-Juliane Sievert to the Buyer, from the order, through payment and the use of services made available by polyloox-juliane sievert, hereinafter called “Seller” until delivery.

Products

The products and services described are those which appear in the different categories published in the “Boutique XIX” online store. The images in the catalog reflect the character of the product as realistically as possible. However, the colorimetry may vary slightly from one screen to another and we could not guarantee 100% similarity.

Prices

The prices listed on the site are expressed in EURO (€). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood however that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. Payment terms

Orders

The buyer, who wishes to buy a product must:

The buyer at 14 (fourteen) calendar days to exercise their withdrawal period, upon receipt of the package.

Delivery areas

The online sale of products and services presented on the site are sold worldwide. Any order placed on the site and delivered outside of mainland France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer and are their responsibility.

Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form.

The shipment will be made as quickly as possible depending on the workload. However, the time limit will not exceed 5 working days.

In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the customer undertakes to notify the carrier and the company polyloox-juliane sievert, by any means, with any reservations, within 3 days of receipt of the product.

The repayment period of polyloox-juliane sievert towards the customer in the event of withdrawal of this one is 14 (fourteen) days, once the products for which the customer has withdrawn, is recovered. In all cases, the return costs are borne by the Seller if the product delivered is different from the ordered or damaged product. In the absence of compliance by the customer with these conditions, in particular the return or exchange conditions, the Seller will not be able to reimburse the products concerned.

Guarantee

All products supplied by the Seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
